In the early morning hours of September 8, 2020, the life of 20-year-old Antwanaza Rogers, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Greenville, South Carolina. Just before 4 a.m., deputies from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Anderson Road after reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Rogers inside a car with a fatal gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
