In the quiet community of Irmo, South Carolina, a drug deal turned deadly, claiming the life of 21-year-old Davion Q. Allen on a Sunday evening in early January 2018. The incident unfolded at a residence on Sutton Way, where Allen and another man, 23-year-old Tyler Michael Pluchinsky, were involved in a fatal shootout.
