Lewis "Bobe Jack" Zimmerman, aged 39, was tragically shot to death on the night of July 21, 2018, in Bennettsville, South Carolina. The incident occurred on Fletcher Street, where Zimmerman was found with fatal gunshot wounds. The Marlboro County Coroner, Tim Brown, confirmed that Zimmerman's body was transported to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston for an autopsy.
