Eric Canty, a 19-year-old from Bennettsville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2019. The incident occurred on Sunny Bank Street in Bennettsville, where Canty was shot. He was immediately rushed to Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, where he succumbed to his injuries.
