In the quiet community of Lexington, South Carolina, the life of Edward Douglas Reaves, a 26-year-old male, was abruptly cut short on the evening of Friday, September 7, 2018. Reaves was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body in the vicinity of the 1100 block of Kenneth Drive. The Lexington County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead at the scene, confirming the cause of death that plunged his family and friends into mourning.
