Malcolm Jerome Washington, a 27-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2018. The incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in the area of Rivers Avenue and Target Street. According to reports, North Charleston police responded to a call of shots fired and found Washington lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
