On a Sunday evening in North Charleston, South Carolina, a young man's life was cut short in a burst of violence. Richard Arthur 'Drue' Owen IV, a 21-year-old White male, was fatally shot on May 7, 2023. The incident unfolded around 10 p.m. near Windsor Hill Boulevard.
