Death by Force

Joshua Meeks, a 16-year-old student from Mauldin High School, was tragically killed on January 31, 2019. Meeks was reported missing on January 30, 2019, after he left with friends to go to a Cookout restaurant on Woodruff Road. His car was later found abandoned near Rocky Creek Apartments, covered in blood. Within 24 hours, his body was discovered in Laurens County by Greenville County Sheriff's deputies.
