In the winter of 2018, the life of Isaiah Jawon Snoddy, a 28-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of Thursday, February 15th, a concerned relative made a grim discovery inside an apartment at 1215 Heafer Road.
