Damien Marquise Stokes, a 25-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2019. According to reports, Stokes was the victim of a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the Cummins Turbo Plant on Palmetto Commerce Parkway.
