Rodrick Alexander McMillan, a 17-year-old from Graniteville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2019. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. when McMillan was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of Waterloo Street and Richland Avenue in Aiken, SC. Another vehicle pulled alongside and opened fire, striking McMillan, who was seated in the backseat. He was pronounced dead at Augusta University Medical Center shortly after the shooting.
