In the winter of 2019, a tragic event unfolded in Columbia, South Carolina, forever altering the lives of several families. On the morning of December 17th, Sheldon Devon Livingston, a 26-year-old male, was inside a Woodland Village apartment when violence erupted. Two men, Jeremy S. Cornish and Justin Tyler Hopkins, both from Columbia, forced their way into the residence and opened fire.
