Kimori Godfrey, a 21-year-old resident of Laurens, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2020. The incident occurred on Fleming Street, where police responded to a call about shots fired just before 8:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Godfrey deceased at the scene. The Laurens Police Department quickly identified and arrested 19-year-old Azaerion Dykazious Jones in connection with the murder.
