Liam Graham Francey, a 4-year-old boy from North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically died on April 14, 2020. The Charleston County Coroner’s Office identified Liam and his mother, Gretchen Francey, as the victims of a murder-suicide. Both were found with gunshot wounds at their home on Leeds Avenue.
