Thembi Chalmers, aged 43, tragically passed away on July 5, 2020, in Salley, South Carolina. Thembi was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, known for her warm and caring nature. She was born on November 17, 1976, in Brooklyn, New York, and later moved to South Carolina, where she worked as a Medicaid contractor.
