In the late afternoon of a Wednesday in Conway, South Carolina, the quiet of a mobile home park on Warf Drive was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On September 23, 2020, a young man's life was cut tragically short. Walter Lee Myers III, a 29-year-old male, was found by authorities who had been called to the scene around 5 p.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the location.
