Kevonta Hills, a 19-year-old from Loris, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2020. Kevonta and his mother, Marlene Haywood, were found dead in their home on Papas Bay Road. Both victims had been shot multiple times, and their deaths were ruled as homicides. The Horry County Police Department quickly identified Antonio Long as a suspect in the case. Long, who was 44 years old at the time, was charged with two counts of murder, kidnapping, and criminal sexual conduct.
