Joyel T. Snell, a 45-year-old woman from Fort Myers, Florida, tragically lost her life on December 12, 2021, in Columbia, South Carolina. According to reports, Snell was an innocent patron who was shot in the upper body while leaving Felicity’s Bar at 7708 Fairfield Road. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and deputies found Snell outside the bar, suffering from her injuries. Despite being rushed to a local hospital by EMS, she succumbed to her wounds.
