Barbara Jeffcoat Dinkins, a 48-year-old mother from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on May 14, 2023, which was Mother's Day. The incident occurred around 5 pm on Orr Street, near the El Cheapo gas station in Columbia. Dinkins was found unresponsive at the scene, where she received CPR before being transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, she later succumbed to her injuries.
