Monique Latrice Worthy, 42, a female from Columbia, South Carolina, was killed on June 29, 2025—her birthday—inside a home on the 1500 block of Levity Street. Police were called shortly before 7 p.m.; when officers arrived, they found Monique Worthy, 42, already deceased from a gunshot wound, and immediately began a domestic-related homicide investigation that focused on events inside the residence that evening.
