In a quiet Columbia, South Carolina neighborhood, the life of 60-year-old Subrina Jackson Westberry, a Black/African American female, came to a tragic and unexpected end on September 23, 2021. Concerns arose when she failed to appear for work, an unusual occurrence that prompted a welfare check at her Newpark Place residence.
