A night of socializing turned into a scene of tragedy at a Columbia, South Carolina nightclub, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Taniya N. Hall on May 17, 2026. The incident, which also left two others injured, occurred at Ole Place on Two Notch Road. According to the Columbia Police Department, a fight that began inside the establishment escalated into a shooting. Hall was fatally wounded during the altercation.
