Phyllis Ann Sprague, an 86-year-old female, passed away on October 12, 2021, in Columbia, South Carolina. Her death was the result of a tragic murder-suicide that took place at the Harmony Collection senior living facility located on Clemson Road. Richland County Sheriff's Department deputies were dispatched to the community around 2:30 p.m. on that Tuesday after a distressing discovery was made.
