In the early morning hours of May 18, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Cynthia Chinyere Ohans was tragically cut short in her own apartment in Columbia, South Carolina. Responding to a call, Columbia Police Department officers discovered a grim scene at the Colony Apartments on Bailey Street. Inside, they found Ms. Ohans and a man, later identified as 31-year-old Jirmaine J. Mobley, both deceased.
