Roy Daugherty, better known as Arkansas Tom Jones, was an infamous outlaw of the Old West and a member of the Wild Bunch gang led by Bill Doolin. Born on January 1, 1870, in Missouri, Daugherty's life of crime began early. He left Missouri for the Oklahoma Territory at the age of 14, adopting the moniker "Arkansas Tom Jones" and working as a cowboy.
