Tequila Brandy Sandford, a 26-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on December 27, 2012. She was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head on the 6600 block of Oakland Avenue in the Dogtown neighborhood of St. Louis. The incident occurred early in the morning, and when police arrived at the scene, they discovered two victims.
