Jane Katherine "Katie" Gearin, a 30-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically passed away on March 8, 2021. She was found shot inside a vehicle on the 3900 block of Natural Bridge Avenue shortly before 4:30 p.m. on that day. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries two days later, on March 10, 2021. Katie was a beloved mother, daughter, and granddaughter, leaving behind her children, Anderson and Sophia Gearin, and her mother, Mary Gearin.
