On the evening of July 30, 2014, tragedy struck in the 1900 block of Hodiamont Avenue near the border of Wellston in St. Louis, Missouri. Juliette Cleveland-Davis, a 46-year-old female, was walking through the neighborhood accompanied by her three young grandchildren, aged four, five, and seven.
