Her death was a result of a violent incident that occurred while she was driving her car. According to reports, Denise was accompanied by Brian Thurman, a 19-year-old from Bellefontaine Neighbors, at the time of the incident. While they were driving, Thurman shot Denise, leading to her untimely death.
