Zatrun R. Twiggs, aged 28, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2014, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred late Sunday night. The other victim was 20-year-old Detavian L. Richardson. Both men were shot to death on a city street, prompting the activation of the Major Case Squad to investigate the incident.
