Roger Chandler, aged 57, from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically passed away on December 27, 2014. His death occurred near 12th Street and Askew Avenue in Kansas City, where police were called to investigate a disturbance around 4:40 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Chandler deceased at the scene.
