In the late hours of a winter evening in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of Kieanthony Rankins, a 21-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On February 6, 2019, police responded to a call of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 8200 block of Troost Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Rankins inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
