In the summer of 2015, a heartbreaking incident unfolded in Kansas City, Missouri, resulting in the death of 3-year-old Deveonna Rimson. On the evening of July 15th, emergency services were dispatched to a residence near 31st Street and Spruce Avenue following a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the young girl suffering from a gunshot wound.
