On the evening of June 28, 2019, 19-year-old Breana Robison was found shot to death inside a residence in the 600 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers were dispatched to the home around 7:30 p.m. after receiving a call about an armed person. Upon arrival, they discovered the front door slightly ajar and, upon entering, found Ms. Robison deceased from a gunshot wound.
The case was immediately investigated as a homicide.
Breana, a young mother, left behind a three-year-old son. Her family described her as a vibrant and loving individual who enjoyed life. They revealed that she had unfortunately fallen in with the wrong crowd and had been struggling with drug addiction. In the days leading up to her death, her mother stated that Breana had expressed fear for her life, having sent messages indicating that people were threatening to shoot her. Her family grieved publicly, holding a vigil where they remembered her as a 'light' in their lives and pleaded for justice.
Shortly after the discovery of Breana's body, the Kansas City Police Department sought the public's help in locating two persons of interest in connection with her murder. They were identified as 14-year-old Roger Williams and 20-year-old Paul Eicholz. Authorities released their names and photographs, urging anyone with information on their whereabouts to come forward.
Despite the public appeal and the identification of the persons of interest, there have been no subsequent announcements of arrests or charges filed in the death of Breana Robison. The investigation into her homicide remains ongoing, and her case is still considered unsolved.
