Wesley Hughes, a 24-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2016. The incident occurred in a parking lot of a Schnucks grocery store located along Bellefontaine Road, just north of Interstate 270 in north St. Louis.
