Larry Mosley, aged 44, tragically lost his life on November 9, 2019, in a violent incident at the Upper Level Restaurant & Lounge in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when gunfire erupted inside the bar located in the 2500 block of North Grand Boulevard.
