Ray Howard, aged 28, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2019, in a quadruple homicide that shocked the community of Saint Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Shreve Avenue around 8:50 p.m. on a Monday night. Alongside Ray Howard, three other individuals were also fatally shot: Robert Williams Jr., 42, Brendan Lee Williams, 30, and Kenneth Lee III, 27.
