In the Ville neighborhood of St. Louis, a tragic story unfolded on the evening of May 21, 2020, forever altering the lives of two families. Clarence White III, a 43-year-old male, was found inside a vehicle, the victim of a fatal shooting. Alongside him was another victim, Tommie L. Jones Jr., who also succumbed to gunshot wounds in the same incident.
