Justin Jones, a 26-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2019, while celebrating his birthday. Justin was at a Waffle House in Berkeley, Missouri, when he was shot and killed around 12:10 a.m. He was inside the restaurant when someone outside fired the fatal shot.
