On the evening of August 30, 2022, a violent altercation erupted in the suburban community of Moline Acres, Missouri, located within St. Louis County. At approximately 8:01 p.m., local law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 9700 block of Portage Drive following reports of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, which was situated in a residential neighborhood west of Lewis and Clark Boulevard, first responders discovered two adult males suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
