Jerusal LaShon "Rudy" Cooper, a 46-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically passed away on August 30, 2022. His death occurred in Moline Acres, a suburb of St. Louis County. According to reports, Cooper was fatally shot around 8 p.m. on that day in the 9700 block of Portage Drive. The incident also involved another adult male who sustained gunshot injuries but survived.
