Tayvion LaRon "Tay" Whitby, a 16-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically passed away on September 23, 2022. His death was the result of a violent incident that began with a robbery and escalated into a shooting and subsequent car crash. According to reports, the incident occurred in north St. Louis County.
