Dorwin Anthony Overall, a 25-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2016. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM in the Bellefontaine Neighbors area, specifically at the intersection of Bellefontaine Road and Gabriel.
