On January 12, 2024, 63-year-old Dennis Maguire was found fatally shot near the 3000 block of Osage Street in St. Louis' Dutchtown neighborhood. Responding officers arrived shortly before 2:15 p.m. and discovered Maguire with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
