On March 29, 2021, the quiet routine of a Monday afternoon was shattered in the Mark Twain/I-70 Industrial neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Damon Hill, a 65-year-old male, was sitting inside a vehicle parked on the 5900 block of Dressell Avenue when he was targeted in a violent attack. Witnesses in the area observed a gunman open fire on Hill and another individual inside the car.
