Robert Lee Jackson, a 28-year-old resident of Spanish Lake, Missouri, was tragically found shot to death in an alley in north St. Louis on November 8, 2020. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 7:04 a.m., near Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and Marcus Avenue, which borders the Lewis Place, The Ville, and Kingsway East neighborhoods.
