Marvell Kindle, a 26-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2016. Kindle was shot and killed while walking home from a corner store in the Riverview neighborhood^2^. The incident occurred in the evening, and Kindle was an uninvolved bystander who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time^4^.
