On the early morning of Sunday, May 26, 2024, a violent shooting occurred in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of 20-year-old Paul Kai Jr. The incident took place just before 3:30 a.m. in the 600 block of North 15th Street, an area located near the City Museum.
