Miguel Angel Vega Tamayo, a 25-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2019. The Kern County Sheriff's Office reported that Miguel was the victim of a shooting that occurred in the 2000 block of Larcus Avenue. Deputies responded to the scene around 8:44 a.m. and found Miguel suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Kern Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
