On the evening of January 22, 2020, authorities in Saint Louis, Missouri, were alerted to a shooting incident in the northern section of the city. Officers responded to a call around 7:40 p.m. near the intersection of Walton Avenue and Page Boulevard. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a victim, identified as 45-year-old Reginald Henry, who was unconscious and not breathing.
He had sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
Homicide detectives from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the location to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the male victim's death.
