On the evening of January 22, 2020, authorities in Saint Louis, Missouri, were alerted to a shooting incident in the northern section of the city. Officers responded to a call around 7:40 p.m. near the intersection of Walton Avenue and Page Boulevard. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a victim, identified as 45-year-old Reginald Henry, who was unconscious and not breathing. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
