On a winter evening in St. Louis, Missouri, events unfolded that tragically ended the life of 28-year-old Terrell Beasley. On December 19, 2014, Beasley was involved in an incident that began with the following of an off-duty police officer. The officer, after being followed, stopped and exited his vehicle, at which point shots were fired at him from the car Beasley was in.
